Booking any event during the COVID-19 pandemic is a RISK on your part, the class could be cancelled at any time due to the regulations implemented by our government, these changes are totally out of our control. There are costs involved for the preparation of a class, cost of materials, venue hire, accommodation and so forth.
Should the class be cancelled due to the COVID-19 regulations, we will change the class from an in-person class to an online class, we will keep to the same theme, date and time as per your original class ticket. Please note there will be no refunds or credit notes as we are not cancelling the class from our side.
Our cancellation policies will remain the same, even if you contract COVID-19 within 7 days before the class date (no exceptions).
Should your temperature be too high on entry, we will have to turn you away with NO REFUND, CREDIT NOTE OR MOVING TO ANOTHER CLASS AT A LATER DATE.
