We offer door-to-door delivery via courier at a flat rate of R85.00 (R120 if you live in a remote area)
(The rate is subject to change without prior notice as we have no control over price increases from our courier service provider.)
When placing an order please supply a physical address where someone will be available to accept the parcel during normal business hours. If we receive an order by 12h00 noon, we can usually send the parcel out for overnight delivery so that you receive it the following working day, provided that you are in a major centre. This applies to orders received Monday to Thursday. All orders placed on a Friday will only be delivered on the following Monday as the couriers do not deliver on Saturdays. The closing time for orders on a Friday is 11h00.
If you are paying via EFT, please make sure that you send the proof of payment to info@thebiscuitstudio.co.za as soon as possible to help speed up the process of your order. Make sure you put your name and order number as a reference.
Free delivery applies to purchases over R400 and / or if a special is running.
Incorrect order received
If we have sent you the wrong items by mistake, we are more than happy to exchange the items in their new, unopened condition with no courier expense from you.
You may exchange any of our products in their new, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a different item, voucher or full refund.
If you have had a change of heart about the items you purchased we are happy to exchange them, we will only ask for you to cover the courier expenses to and from us to you.

If you spend R850 or more we offer free delivery to main centres only and a reduced rate of R75 is charged for outlying areas.
All courier fee charges are subject to change.
Estimated delivery times:
Outlying areas: 4 – 7 workings days (this excludes weekends and public holidays).
Main centres: 2 – 5 working days (this excludes weekends and public holidays).
We cannot guarantee overnight delivery. Orders placed after 11am are only processed the following day.
EFT payments: Should you select EFT as your payment option, please allow 2 extra days, as we only dispatch once the funds have cleared in our account.
PostNet to PostNet: 10 working days plus for delivery (this excludes weekends and public holidays).
Booking any event during the COVID-19 pandemic is a RISK on your part, the class could be cancelled at any time due to the regulations implemented by our government, these changes are totally out of our control. There are costs involved for the preparation of a class, cost of materials, venue hire, accommodation and so forth.
Should the class be cancelled due to the COVID-19 regulations, we will change the class from an in-person class to an online class, we will keep to the same theme, date and time as per your original class ticket. Please note there will be no refunds or credit notes as we are not cancelling the class from our side.
Our cancellation policies will remain the same, even if you contract COVID-19 within 7 days before the class date (no exceptions).
Should your temperature be too high on entry, we will have to turn you away with NO REFUND, CREDIT NOTE OR MOVING TO ANOTHER CLASS AT A LATER DATE.
